Come out to CHHS Plaza and the surrounding areas for the Fall Student Orgs Showcase. Join 250 of our clubs and organizations on August 18th from 4:30pm-6:30pm and learn about the many different ways to get involved! Enjoy snacks, performances and giveaways as you meet with 250 organizations at the largest student org recruitment event on campus!

The Student Org Showcase is a great opportunity for student organizations to recruit new students to your organization. If you would like your organization to table during the showcase we need to complete a few steps.
- Ensure that your organization was fully registered in the 2023-2024 academic year. If you dont know your organization’s status you can check it on the green sheet here.
- After you have confirmed that you organization is marked green on the green sheet, you will need an officer in your organization to sign-up here on niner engage. Ensure that it is someone that will be at the event and able to check emails over the break. Student Involvement will be contacting the point of contact.
